Most mistakes business owner make is to forget about a customer the moment they sell to him/her and they later worry on how new ones are not forthcoming.😌
It doesn't' work that way!
When you make your first sale to a new customer, don't let it end there.
Check on them by introducing yourself and ask how the product or a service you rendered is performing ( testimonies!).
I recommend a 24hours interval before checking back on them because most won't start using your product immediately and you don't want to disturb them every hour.
When you build relationships with them, they trust you the more and can easily recommend you to their friends.
Write this down; YOUR CUSTOMERS' TESTIMONIES ABOUT YOU/BUSINESS BEAT WHATEVER MARKETING STRATEGY YOU PUT IN PLACE( status upload, broadcast messages, sponsor ads etc).
People may not trust you but they trust their friends. They believe what their friends say beyond what you say about yourself/business.
Do this and watch how a customer bring in additional 10 new customers without you doing anything.
